Under the terms of our long standing supply chain agreement with Redrow Homes, Bennetts Architectural Ironmongery have been supplying the Colindale Gardens Development from 2017 and continue to do so at the time of releasing this case study in 2023.
Colindale Gardens is a vibrant new community surrounded by open green space. Redrow Homes are providing stylish new mixed use homes with exceptional build quality and Bennetts are very proud to be a part of the development.
Bennetts have prepared full ironmongery schedules based on Redrow Homes specifications, floor plans and fire & security requirements for this large development that will ultimately provide around 4,000 new homes.
In addition to our core supply of ironmongery products, we have also delivered purpose made wayfinding signage to specific design details, from the drawing board through to delivery.
Plot by plot packing was essential for the team on site, delivered accurately and on time.
